Project leading
Management of an investment project “Installation of a new automated bending machine of hot metal workpieces at S1 line” for Agrisolutions Poland Sp. z o.o., including the preparation of the optimal layout for the reconstruction of the production line consisting of hydraulic and eccentric presses, two ABB IRB 4600 robots and quenching tank, with a focus on increasing efficiency and optimizing both production and project costs. Moreover responsibilities included developing design guidelines, technical specifications for subcontractors, conducting FAT and SAT acceptance tests based on prepared protocols, supervising construction and electrical works, ensuring adherence to the established schedule, and modifying robot control programs to accommodate new machines and the revised placement of existing equipment.
